PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
BASIC PROVISIONS
1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an agreement that you conclude with CODRIVE when using the inBus service in the form of a mobile application or website.
1.2. The reference in this Agreement to "CODRIVE", "we", "us", "our", "us" means CODRIVE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (company registered in Ukraine on January 27, 2016, EDRPOU code 40234814, legal and actual address : 03069, Ukraine, Kyiv, Montazhnykiv str., 72).
1.3. The reference in this Agreement to "inBus" means a bus ticket sales service in the form of the inBus.ua website, as well as inBus mobile applications for Android and iOS operating systems. The specified site and mobile applications belong to the "CODRIVE" company.
1.4. The reference in this Agreement to the "Supplier", "transportation service provider", "service provider" means legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who provide services for the transportation of passengers (carriers), bus station services ( bus station enterprises) and with whom CODRIVE has relevant agency agreements.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. You accept the terms of this Agreement (acceptance of the offer) by performing the following actions:

continuing to use the inBus service, and / or
-
registration / authorization, and / or
-
creating an order, and / or
-
sending a request to the Support Service, and / or
-
sending a message to the email address indicated on inBus
2.2. Under this Agreement, CODRIVE undertakes to provide you with services for providing information about the offers of transportation service providers, issuing and selling tickets, and you undertake to pay for these services at a specified cost.
2.3. Electronic tickets that are issued on inBus are automatically registered in the automated fare accounting system "CloudBus" in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Automobile Transport", as well as the relevant software systems of suppliers, if any.
2.4. In terms of your obligations to pay for the completed order, this Agreement is considered concluded from the moment you confirm your agreement with its terms by placing an appropriate mark when placing the order.
2.5. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you confirm that:

all information you provide on inBus is true, complete and current
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. CODRIVE undertakes :
-
provide you with access to the system for purchasing bus tickets
-
provide access to information about the schedule of buses, the carrier ie, the cost and the ticket type of e vehicle. This information is posted on inBus in accordance with the data from the service provider
-
register electronic tickets that are issued on inBus in the "CloudBus" automated fare accounting system or the relevant software systems of the suppliers, if any
-
inform Ba with the impossibility of perform paid services, provided that the service provider and timely informed about this CODRIVE
3.2. CODRIVE has the right:
-
make any changes to inBus without special notice or warning, change the form for submitting information, the list of available services, the amount of service fees and commissions
-
suspend the work of inBus without notice for the purpose of carrying out technical work
-
at its own discretion, block access to inBus, the services provided at any time and for any reason, without explanation or additional message
-
collect, analyze and store information about your orders on InBus, taking into account the privacy policy in order to improve service delivery, as well as notices you about special offers, promotions and complementary x service ah, available x on inBus
3.3. You have the right to:
-
use inBus, order services provided on it
-
make purchases of bus tickets for yourself or for third parties if they have the authority to do so
-
receive information about the schedule of buses, the carrier ie, the cost and the ticket type of e vehicle for personal use
-
use the services of the Support Service during its work
3.4. You obliges ect :

inBus used to purchase bus tickets and information about available services ah for personal purposes

buy tickets for third parties if they have the authority to do so
-
provide information that corresponds to reality
-
not to use inBus for distribution of information and for commercial purposes
-
be responsible for compliance with the conditions and rules for the provision of transportation services
TERMS AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT
4.1. With inBus you implement ticketing and pay services provider CODRIVE and by 100% advance payment in the order of cashless payment and payment s credit card.
4.2. The use of the inBus service does not provide for free ticket booking.
4.3. The CODRIVE service is provided from the moment the order number is formed in the CloudBus system, which allows you to receive a bus ticket or issue an electronic ticket and register it with the CloudBus system.
4.4. The total price of the Service is formed from the cost of the ticket (including the services of the bus station, if any), the amount of service charges and CODRIVE commissions.
4.5. Service fees and commissions are determined by CODRIVE independently based on market conditions. The conclusion of this Agreement by setting the appropriate mark by you when placing an order is a confirmation of agreement with the Supplier's tariffs and the CODRIVE tariffs.
4.6. After placing an order, you are provided (in the form of an SMS message, an email or information / document directly in the inBus interface ):
-
a unique number (ticket code) in the form of an exchange form a, which makes it possible to exchange it with the service provider for a travel document (in this case, the seat on the bus is reserved and paid) or
-
an electronic ticket, which is the basis for the provision of services by the supplier without additional actions on your part.
RETURN OF TICKET A AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
5.1. The return of funds paid by you is carried out in full or in part by transferring them to the bank card from which the payment was made. Refunds are made as soon as possible, but no more than 72 hours from the moment of your request.
5.2. The full cost of the order is refunded in the event of:
-
trip cancellation
-
Your cancellation of the trip by a bus that is more than 30 minutes late
5.3. In order to get a refund if the trip is canceled or is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you must contact CODRIVE within 24 hours from the scheduled bus departure time by sending a letter to the email address support@inbus.ua. You can return the money for the purchased ticket (in case of cancellation or delay of the trip) directly from the supplier, in which case CODRIVE will return you only the cost of service fees and CODRIVE commissions.
5.4. If your eating refusal of carriage services, Supplier returns of the funds, paid for a ticket. Return of service fees and commissions of CODRIVE upon your cancellation of the trip is not carried out.
5.5. Each transportation provider sets its own conditions for the refund for the tickets when your m voluntary refusal of his services. The amount to be refunded depends, among other things, on:

the time remaining before the departure of the bus

the time that has passed since the ticket was issued

specific trip, and other factors
5.6. Get information about the amount of return (at a particular time) you can use the service Inbus (if technically, such a calculation is provided in a particular service Inbus) or p Uteem handling I in Inbus Support.
5.7. For the majority of suppliers provided the following refund conditions for your m voluntary renunciation of its services:

5.8. You can get a refund for your order in one of the following ways:
-
by sending a letter to the email address support@inbus.ua

in your personal account on the inBus website
-
in the " My tickets " menu of the inBus mobile application
-
at the ticket office of the departure bus station (this option is not available for all bus stations)
5.9. A request for cancellation (refund) is considered accepted from the moment we receive the corresponding cancellation message (return of e ticket) from you. If an application for a ticket refund was received in the period from 22:00 to 23:59, then the time of circulation is considered to be 09:00 of the next day. If the request to return the ticket was received in the time period from 00:00 to 8:59, the time of treatment is considered to 9:00 this e nya.
5.10. In the case of exchange in the exchange office form the bus station and or e-ticket, you can return the ticket to the bus station ticket office only.
5.11. The return of tickets at the box office of the bus station is carried out according to the rules established by the owner of the bus station and the carrier.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. CODRIVE can not be held financially liable for the damage, caused due to the inaccuracy of the information provided on Inbus, since such information is provided directly n ostavschikami transportation services.
6.2. CODRIVE is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate provision of services by the n ostavschika. In particular, it is not responsible for delays, changes in conditions or cancellations of the trip.
6.3. CODRIVE is not responsible for the complete or partial inoperability of inBus and its components for a certain period of time, as well as for the lack of access to inBus.
6.4. You, as a user, are responsible for the use of inBus in violation of the terms of this Agreement and the requirements of current legislation, the use of any equipment and / or software in order to:
-
disruption of inBus functioning
-
damage to the inBus databases and its components
-
attempts to intercept personal information about other user s processed inBus and any other information
-
performing th action causing excessive strain on inBus infrastructure
-
systematic creation of orders without the intention of purchasing tickets
-
automated copying or deletion of information from inBus
FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The contract comes into force from the moment of its conclusion (acceptance of the offer) and is valid until the Parties fulfill their obligations in full.
7.2. All materials on the inBus.ua website and inBus mobile applications belong to CODRIVE and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You do not have e right of partially or completely copy, distribute or otherwise use or reproduce any information from inBus or code without prior approval from CODRIVE.
7.3. CODRIVE has the right to send you letters or messages to any means of communication specified by you when registering in inBus or placing an order.
7.4. At the conclusion of the agreement you give consent to the collection and processing of their personal data, including (but not exclusively): famili and they Yeni, surnames and e-mail addresses, phone numbers for the selected trip data is, and route e, data payments carried identifying feature ah computer hardware, operating system, via which the cooperation with inBus, IP-addresses and any other information filled in inBus except for bank information (bank cards and accounts data).

7.6. CODRIVE does not process or store your bank card data. All operations with bank cards, processing of transactions are carried out by payment services that have a PCI DSS certificate, confirming the compliance of the bank card data processing system with the security standards of the international payment systems Mastercard and Visa.
