How to buy a bus ticket?
To purchase a bus ticket, you need to complete 5 simple steps:

1. Indicate the departure point, arrival point, desired date, and click the "Find Ticket" button.

2. Select the appropriate trip by clicking the "Book" button.

3. If you are not logged in, enter your current phone number and the code from the SMS to verify it. The phone number is needed to send the ticket and resolve any issues during the trip.

4. Select the seat(s) on the bus (if this option is provided by the carrier), and specify the surname and first name of all passengers. If you wish, you can provide an email address (not mandatory). Check the box "I accept the terms of the public offer and consent to the processing of personal data." Then click the "Purchase Ticket" button.

5. You will be redirected to the payment service webpage. Choose a convenient payment method for you. After successful payment, the electronic ticket will be automatically sent to you as a link to the specified phone number, as well as to your email. Purchased tickets are always available in the Personal Account on the inBus website or mobile app.

How much time do I have to pay for the ticket?
From the moment you click "Buy a ticket" button, the ticket you have chosen will be reserved. For its payment 15 minutes are allocated, after which time, the reservation is withdrawn.
How do I know the bus schedule?
Select the "Schedule" item in the side menu. Enter the point of departure, arrival, the desired date. Click the Search button.
How to pay for a bus ticket?
The LiqPay service is used for ticket payments, allowing you to pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank card details. Additionally, for PrivatBank customers, payment through Privat24 is available. Payments are secure as they are protected by the PCI DSS standard, and inBus does not receive any information about the bank card details.
How to return the ticket?

There are two options for ticket returns:

Option 1. Online return:

1. Click on the "Profile" button in the upper right corner, select the "My Tickets" section. Find the desired ticket and click the "Return Order" button.

Note! When returning an order, all tickets within that order are canceled.

2. The system will calculate the amount of refund/deduction and display it. The conditions of the return are determined by the carrier based on the time elapsed since the ticket purchase and the time remaining before the departure of the bus.

3. To cancel the order and receive a refund, you need to click the "Return Order" button. If you do not want to return the tickets, click the cross or close the window.

4. The refund will be processed automatically. The funds will be returned to the card used for the payment. The refund procedure is handled by the payment service and may take from a few minutes to several hours, inBus cannot influence this process.

Option 2. Return with the help of a support operator:

1. Inform us of your desire to return the ticket by any convenient means: support chat, email, or by calling the support number.

2. Provide the order details.

3. The support operator will inform you of the refund amount, cancel the order, and create a refund request with the payment service. The funds will be returned to the card used for the payment. The refund procedure is handled by the payment service and may take from a few minutes to several hours, inBus cannot influence this process.

Can I cancel an e-ticket, if he or the exchange form already exchanged at the box office bus station?
In this case, you can hand over a ticket (fiscal receipt) only at the ticket office of the bus station.
Do I need to change the bus ticket at the box office?
No, it is not necessary. The received electronic ticket allows you to make the trip.
What is the surname and first name must be specified when ordering?
When booking, the passenger's surname and first name are indicated. For international trips, it is necessary to indicate the surname and first name in Latin letters, as in the passport.
Do I have to print the e-ticket?
No, it is not necessary. You can present an electronic ticket to the driver / controller in paper or electronic form (for example, from the phone screen).
Can I get additional information and services at the bus station?
Yes, you can. The cost of the ticket includes all necessary fees, including the auto collection.
Does my trip to insure?
All passengers who purchase a ticket for inBus.ua are insured.
How do you know the brand of the carrier and the bus?
The brand of the bus and the carrier are indicated when choosing a flight and in the Personal Area.
Can I change the date of departure the ticket?
This possibility is not provided by carriers. It is necessary to return the ticket.
For how many days you can pre-purchase a ticket?
The period of preliminary sales each bus station sets individually. On average, sales are opened for 45-90 days, but not later than 15 days (according to the current legislation of Ukraine).
