How to buy a bus ticket?
To buy a bus ticket, you need to make 3 simple steps:
1. Enter the point of departure, arrival, desired date and number of seats. Click the Search button.
2. Select a suitable flight by clicking the "Select" button, and then "Checkout";
3. Enter the passenger's name and surname, contact phone number and e-mail address. Check "I accept the terms of the public offer and consent to the processing of personal data." Then click "Go to payment" button.
You will be redirected to the payment service website. Choose the payment method that is convenient for you. After successful payment, an electronic ticket (or an exchange form) will be sent to you by e-mail, and also available in the Personal Area.
How much time do I have to pay for the ticket?
From the moment you click "Go to payment" button, the ticket you have chosen will be reserved. For its payment 15 minutes are allocated, after which time, the reservation is withdrawn. The remaining time clock for payment will be displayed at the top of the site and in the Personal Area.
How do I know the bus schedule?
Select the "Schedule" item in the side menu. Enter the point of departure, arrival, the desired date. Click the Search button.
How to pay for a bus ticket?
To pay for tickets, the LiqPay service is used, which allows you to pay using the bank card details of any bank. Also, for Privatbank customers, payment is available through Privat 24.
How to return the ticket?
To return a paid ticket, please click on the "Cancel" button in the "Detailed" menu in the Personal office at the appropriate flight. You will receive a corresponding message to the mail, after which the manager will contact you to agree on the order of return of the funds. The amount of return depends on the time remaining before departure (within 1 hours from the time of registration - 0% of the cost, more than 48 hours before departure - 90% of the value, 48-24 hours - 80% of the cost, 24-5 hours - 70% of the cost, 5 -2 hours - 60% of the cost, 2 hours - 30 minutes - 50% of the cost). In case of a flight failure, the full cost of the ticket, including the cost of services inBus.ua, shall be refunded.
Can I cancel an e-ticket, if he or the exchange form already exchanged at the box office bus station?
In this case, you can hand over a ticket (fiscal receipt) only at the ticket office of the bus station.
Do I need to change the bus ticket at the box office?
It depends on the bus station and the carrier. If you received an e-ticket by e-mail, its exchange is not obligatory. In this case you can get on the bus with this ticket. If you received an exchange form by e-mail, then it must be exchanged at the ticket office of the bus station for a travel document (fiscal receipt). Regardless of the above options, your seat on the bus is reserved and paid.
What is the surname and first name must be specified when ordering?
You can specify the name and the name of the passenger or the payer. The basis for boarding a bus is the ticket number. To avoid misunderstandings, do not share this number with third parties.
Do I have to print the e-ticket?
No, it is not necessary. You can present an electronic ticket to the driver / controller in paper or electronic form (for example, from the phone screen).
Can I get additional information and services at the bus station?
Yes, you can. The cost of the ticket includes all necessary fees, including the auto collection.
Does my trip to insure?
All passengers who purchase a ticket for inBus.ua are insured.
How do you know the brand of the carrier and the bus?
The brand of the bus and the carrier are indicated when choosing a flight and in the Personal Area.
Can I change the date of departure the ticket?
This possibility is not provided by carriers. It is necessary to return the ticket.
For how many days you can pre-purchase a ticket?
The period of preliminary sales each bus station sets individually. On average, sales are opened for 30-45 days, but not later than 15 days (according to the current legislation of Ukraine).
